WARRANTY

Glou-Glou warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

For customers residing in the European Union, this warranty is complemented by a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.

If the product fails within the applicable warranty period, Glou-Glou will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser.

After the warranty period has expired, Glou-Glou may, at its sole discretion, choose whether or not to offer repair services. When accepted, repairs will be charged at a reasonable cost depending on the nature of the issue.

This warranty applies to defects occurring under normal use, as recommended by Glou-Glou. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, incorrect power supply, improper setup, accidents, lightning, or natural disasters.

Damage resulting from these situations may be subject to repair fees.

In the event of a malfunction, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as described above.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glou-Glou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of savings, or damage to other equipment.

In all cases, Glou-Glou’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights applicable under local law.

IMPORT TAXES

All products are shipped from France.

All international shipments are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) incoterm.

Customs duties, local taxes, and any clearance fees charged by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or others) are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay these charges, the shipment may be considered abandoned. In such cases, no refund of the product, shipping costs, or associated fees will be issued.

WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable European regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

The product must then be returned within fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal notification, using a reliable and trackable shipping service.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Products should be returned in a condition allowing resale, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, a deduction may be applied to the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive wear or missing components.
